let me just say how hard field hockey was today:

-3 non-stop laps around the perimeter of alllllll marshall roy
-then 2 more non-stop laps around the perimeter of allll of marshall roy
-suicids on every line of the field .. thats 4 i think?
-leg lifts
-crab races
-hopping on one foot
-wheelbarrel races haha
-and then 2 non-stop sprints around our field

that doesnt look hard, but it was insane. it was so hard. fuck you all you people who think field hockey is easy haha
