I have PERFECTED my truffle making abilities!!!!
I am thinking of one day handing out small free samples... and then selling them. They would be completely custom. Samples of options include:
Fillings- all chocolate with a hint of: mango, blueberry, raspberry, liqueur, apple cinnamon, pomegranite, etc
Shell- milk or dark chocolate, caramel
Coating- cocoa powder, coconut, walnut, sprinkles/jimmies, sugar, etc
Inside (optional)- maraschino cherries, nuts, seasonal fruits
Packaging- decorative box, wrapped, plain box, or you can provide your own box
I also make chocolate-dipped fruits.
