San Jo You Know!
I have been feelin' great! My life is really good right now. Despite the less than desirable weather and of course the ongoing auditioning for as opposed to BEING IN a show, everything is fabulous. Actually, I love auditioning so that's even wonderful.
I mean, work is good. I got another shift at the restaurant and was a star the other night when my manager was having a day and needed to be out of comission(sp?) so to speak so I basically ran the restaurant for the very busy Saturday night. It went flawlessly. That's just a point in my favor to get the managment position. So let's cross the fingers.
Lucky is fine. Cathy our DM cut my shift on saturday from 9-6 to, well nothing. She is someone I just cannot get behind. I don't get how she can have such disregard for the fact that people need to make money and get paid hourly....
I cannot WAIT to go to california. I am so excited to see my family and dance with my sister and visit some friends and have Avery meet the family and NOT WORK for a week straight!!!!. Amazing.
I have become addicted to some quality television. Besides my usual Adult Swim in the evenings, I alternate watching pieces of reruns of Buffy, Dawson's Creek, and Gilmore Girls in the morning before work or auditions or dance or just sort of getting ready for my day, and I am a religious watcher of Laguna Beach and Rock Star INXS. Um, Jason on Laguna Beach is such a gine-juice head! What an asshole. That adorable girl Jessica deserves better and that fat girl alex can have him. Maybe once she has him she'll see he'll cheat on her too... And those rock stars....some of them are just awesome. But I do think a lot of why i like that show is because like every song they sing takes me back to middle school.
