Quick translation question

I'm slowly learning Czech, but my grammar isn't nearly good enough yet to string the proper tenses and cases together, and I'm writing something that would require that....

I realize the translation might not be exact, but close enough is fine by me.  I need to translate the phrase "we are one" into Czech, in the context of a man telling his girlfriend this--the romantic sense, as he's pretty much telling her he doesn't want to be apart from her again.
