Seem to have fixed squirrel
OK, it looks like the squirrel can't chew through a steel mesh. Yet, although who knows what these things will evolve by the fall.
In the meantime it was a very busy day today. Alex took the kids to a fairy festival, so I spent the day working outside. Put my new drill press together (it's really nice) and managed to fix a lamp fixture on one of the ceiling fans. Turned out that the socket went bad, so I trucked down to Lowes and bought a new socket assembly for $3.00. Much better than replacing a $200+ fan...
Right now though I am sleepy, so off to bed.
