I'm thinking of having a baby just to have something to write about. It seems like a good conversation starter, being a guarantee that things will change from one day to the next, rather than plodding in their assigned course

That's an interesting reason to have a kid. Sounds like the same reasoning that drives some people to get married. Well, if you still want one with all your heart 5 months after menopause you have 3 options. You can have your eggs frozen now, impregnated later and implanted in a surrogate, or you can adopt. Or you can get a dog or a cat or something and get over it. I think you'll do just fine as the single, no kids, let's have some fun, pistol of an Auntie to your brother's (I am speaking only in the most hypothetical sense here) uptight, overly religious, bible-thumping, oppressed/repressed mormon kids. Kids which, if that holds any water, there will be quite a few.

I like the stuffed animal minions. It appeals to me very much. You could also give her sime kind of giggle of death. She could have this giggle which pentrates the souls of her enemies and causes them great fear. Or at lease gives them a headache or incapacitates them or something. Try and work in something about passing notes with hearts and let her get easily distracted when she sees a cute boy. And if cute boy speaks to her, she gets very shy and giggles some more and it possibly utterly powerless/helpless/useless until the cute boy leaves her presence. After the cute boy leaves, she will be distracted and all her rolls/powers will be at -2(or something) for 1 d6 days/hours after boy has left.

Sounds like a fun campaign.

Oh yah, slim (very slim) possibility we might be driving to Detroit over a weekend in the next few weeks. Is Detroit at all close to where you are?

A couple hours drive. We actually go once a month- next trip is the eight. For an all night RP session, naturally.
