(no subject)
Once again, I kind of want to work on a graphic novel. This time it would be my Nano novel. When I showed Anne (perhael) an old version of it she said it sounded like a comic a bit to her too. I'm about a fifth the way through editing the novel ( a very shallow, first edit)and it's...only good in like three places. But maybe it could be a graphic novel. I'm much better with dialog than descriptions anyway. And I do have a teeny bit of comic experience since Jeanne (that would be countryapple1x2) had me do those ships comics and Vera (tyl_ulenspeigl )and I kind of maybe were going to write one once?
Anyway, since Rajiv (might as well be cool and link him too Orion_of_chaos) was talking about idenpendent graphic novels submitting to Marvel I did start dreaming.
I do know, vaguely a lot of great artists in the ASOIAF fandom and it would be cool to have someone draw my characters, even as a one time commision. The ones from NaNo or others. Unfortunately, most of those people are not friended to me. YET.
And maybe Vera and I will make that comic yet.
