OK so edit last journal about my water bill. Simply put we are all retarded and now I can laugh about it.. Though the lady over the fun could have been nicer about it. But it's all good.
Since this is teh first time ever of seeing what the bill looks like, the negative number is what we have been paying when in fact that is the credit ammount to us.. so right now we have a credit of 355.47 and ammount due is 46.67. So yeah lease we have 1 less bill to worry about prob till we have to move hahahaha
yes being an adult is fun sometimes hahah. retarded I am! :P
