eating at your desk, lunch, dehydration, WORK PATTERNS

the busier i am, the worse they become...i don't mean to or like to eat at my desk however sometimes i am inclined to to save time and energy...

i have found that i need at least 5 meals/eating times per day to keep up a high level of energy...

i have found that i need to eat breakfast every morning

i have found that i need something to eat around 930 to keep things going

and then lunch around noon...

the kicker was the afternoon snack that i never dreamed of

and then dinner before 7 makes me very happy...

work work work...work sleep eat...come mythical and methodical cycle...

however i have discovered something that is a bit of a necessity even if the others are available....WATER...

about 2 weeks ago i was feeling dehydrated and didn't know why...i was drinking 3-4 12oz glasses of water a day while at work plus what i'd have before leaving for work and then whatever at dinner...should be enough to sustain monitoring salt intake...

nonetheless...i was feeling crappy and talked to one of the fitness gurus at work...he suggested i turn to God which honestly caught me by surprise...what he suggested was that every time i walk by a water fountain...i drink for a minimum of 7 seconds and make sure to do this at least 7 times a day...7 being God's number is why he personally chose that amount...

well i'll be damned if I'm not feeling better.
