Osama, fan fic and assorted nonsense

1. Cannot believe that we are actually debating about whether we should see a picture of Osama's dead body. First off, it makes me sick that we are celebrating the death of another human being. One of my earliest memories of TV is of watching the news when John Wayne Gacy was put to death. The reporter was interviewing people out in from of the prison, holding signs and celebrating the man's death and I remember thinking, "This is wrong."  What he did was heinous and terrible. What Osama did was heinous and terrible. I know the man was an awful human being. That's no reason to act like an awful human being in return. I never want to be the kind of person that rejoices over another's death or is blood-thirsty enough to want to look at the pictures.

2. I finally finished all my work and am now in Seattle for the summer. Am glad to be done and have a long stretch of rest ahead.

3. Also finished my fic for knightvsanarchy . 6200+ words, hell yeah!

4. Think I might go see 'Thor' tonight.
