A Twilight Fanfic : RENESMEE
This is episode 2 of my fanfic. It centers around Renesmee this time. Enjoy :)
POV: BELLA - Cullen's House - September 12, 2008
Since Edward and I made up yesterday, Renesmee gets to come to school. She'll be a freshman with Jacob. I'm a little bit worried about Renesmee's temptations so I made her bring a bottle to school full of blood, saying it's juice.
"Bella, why couldn't I be a sophmore like you and dad," Renesmee asked me while skipping to the car. Since there were so many of us now, we had to use two cars. The shiny, silver Volvo and my after car; real conspicuous...
"I can't have you the same grade as me, Renesmee. You know how weird that is. Your my daughter, for goodness sake," I sighed. She shrugged and got into the back of my after car.
"Behave, Renesmee. I'll be watching you," Edward looked at her with serious and deadly eyes. She waved it off and Jacob got into the seat next to her.
"Nessie...," Jacob looked at her with sweet eyes and smiled. She smiled back half-heartedly at him.
POV: HAYDEN - High School - 8:09 AM
Once I got to school, I looked to see the silver Volvo pulling into the parking lot followed by a... a cherry red Ferrari? Everyone gathered in the parking lot to see who was the lucky owner. Out came Edward Cullen, Bella Hale, and two more new kids that weren't here yesterday. One was a young girl with long, curly brown hair. She looked sweet all around with her chocolate brown eyes and soft face. In her hands was a plastic water bottle with some red juice in it. The next one stood with her. He was very tall and muscular. His hair long and black. He looked Native American and held no resemblance to the others; no pale skin, not as graceful, and a rough edge to him.
I got to biology and Edward had taken Alice's place next to Bella. Alice had relocated to the empty table behind them. Bella and Edward were sitting very close together and looked like statues sitting there. Just then, Edward started scratching his arm. I decided to talk to them before Sam got here.
"Hey... again. I don't know if you remember but I'm Hayden," I introduced myself again, to benefit Edward the most.
Edward nodded a little towards me. Bella smiled a bit and looked at me expectantly. I saw Bella touch Edward's hand for a moment and then speak to me for the first time. Her voice was beautiful and musical:
"Hello. I'm Bella. And this is Edward," she gestured at the boy next to her, "And my sister, Alice," pointing over her shoulder to the tiny creature sitting quietly at her table.
I hesitated for half a second, I hope they didn't notice -- I think Edward was trying to suppress a smile -- and spoke again. "So, I saw you have two more members to your family... who are they - if you don't mind me asking," I waited for a moment before they answered my question.
"That was Renesmee and Jacob." She deliberated for a second but that was all she said to me the rest of the day.
Hmm, Renesmee is an unusual name. I wonder where she got it from. And then the name Jacob is completely normal. Queer group of kids. Queer, rich group of kids.
I heard Edward grunt behind me and felt the stare of his eyes on me. I'm beginning to think he can read my thoughts.
POV: RENESMEE - English Class - 8:32 AM
I sat next to Jacob, taking a sip of blood every time someone's scent blew into my face. I could see that the kids were eye balling my bottle, probably thinking that drinks weren't allowed in class. The teacher didn't seem to notice - or want to ask me to put it away.
The morning past by with ease and then it was lunch. I don't care much for human food but dad made me buy it anyway. We managed to squeeze me and my big Jacob into the table.
"Guess what," I asked them, excited at my progress. Everyone looked at me questionably. "I went the whole day without biting someone!"
"Shhh, Renesmee," mom said in a quiet voice. I lowered my volume now:
"I was joking, mom. It's not like I could kill someone with my teeth," I flashed her a smile.
"Yes, but it's still dangerous that you could show someone your power by accident," Edward told me.
"If that happens, I'll deny everything and saw they were going crazy," I retorted.
Emmett snickered and Rosalie glared at him. I could see that Jasper was unsure of my emotions. Oh well. At least Alice was always on my side.
We didn't say much else except for them asking how my day was. Honestly, it was pretty boring. I don't know what the huge fuss over high school is with humans.
Short episode. It's just about Renesmee and her being at school. Pretty boring, I know. The next episode will be better though, I promise.
