1. We enjoy each other's company
2. We enjoy writing and reading in this universe
3. We respect each other
4. We want to like 'Lost'
5. Sometimes we really do
6. Sometimes we really don't
7. We are NEVER at #5 OR #6 ALL AT THE SAME TIME.
8. Nevertheless, I really believe that [(5+6)+2]*3=1
( Or, seen the other way: 1=3*[(5+6)+2] )
9. SUM (1:8) =/= a prescriptive statement attempting to attack or correct anyone's behavior, as though any of us need to correct our thoughts and words. Say what you want in your journal, and I'll say what I want in mine. That's how these things go.
10. SUM (1:8) = a descriptive statement of what I think we most of the time are and can be. What's in your heart is probably already in the next person's--regarding each other, not regarding the show.
We tend to forget all this, I think. This weekend, I'm all for not forgetting. :)
