Where are people going to go in life if they need the whole world to love them in order to go where they need to go? It doesn’t happen like that. You need to love yourself. Love yourself for knowing the truth, love yourself for knowing that you did no wrong. You have to try to control the effect that others have on you. You are going to keep on bumping into people who will wrong you for the rest of your life.
Don’t let them matter. Why do they matter? Why do people who do not matter leave so much hate in your heart. Why do you let this happen to yourself? Why do you place them so high up that they blind you from the truth in that you did nothing wrong.
Let go of the hate. The only person that is keeping it there is yourself. Because nothing they “think” can ever alter all the good things that are still to come your way, and all the things you will work for, and all the things you believe in. There is literally NOTHING they can do other than spawn thoughts in their own heads.
I don’t know the key to success, but the key to failure is trying to please everyone.
