I am tired of thinking I'm done with menopause only to suddenly be launched into a new cycle of "cycle" if you catch my meaning. And just now a stupid hot flash caught me by surprise, even sitting next to this open window when it is rather chilly out tonight and I'm wearing a sweatshirt to boot because it's rather cold.
Someone gave me the depressing news that this can go on for YEARS.. it's already gone on for longer than I'd anticipated.
It needs to stop, and it needs to stop NOW! I DEMAND it!!!
