Anyway, before I was so rudely interrupted, I was gonna ask something: do the badges have any point? As in, do they get you anything 'sides letting you use special stuff and shit? Like getting 'em all lets you leave this goddamn place, or anything like that? Or are they just useless trinkets?

Not that I'll be goin' after 'em anytime soon, with my party being a grand total of two Pokémon, but it's a thought for the future, you know?
