WOW!
And I don't mean the acronym for the game either. If you haven't, you MUST, and I repeat, MUST see: Stranger Than Fiction.
It ranks up there with *gasp* Dead Poet's Society, only my all time favorite movie ever.
Anyhow, it's inspiring, comedic, tragic, emotional, thoughtful, and a ton of other adjectives worthy of using as an adequate praising. I can't even begin to put it into words, really.
It's just what I needed in my life. Timing is everything sometimes. Anyway, I won't spoil it for you, but I must tell you, throw everything you ever thought about Will Farrell out the window. Naturally, it's the writing that made this movie, but he played a big effing part in making it work for me.
Accolades of all sorts are deserved in my opinion. I want to write now! I want to write until the pen is out of ink and I'm out of paper and all there's left to do is etch my story into the wood on the desk. Movies like this one come around once every decade or so, if that often...and I was really glad to be pleasantly surprised.
If people get around to seeing it and want to discuss more than, y'know, the obvious, please let me know. I feel like I could lecture a class on this movie...in several classes.
