Loved it! I miss Lee when he was Apollo, I couldn't get into it when he switched over to being a politician--there's just something so hot about pilots ;)

Aww, this is lovely, you captured nicely all the different sides of this fascinating, complex man. My favorite bit is the last one (I am so biased here, I am such a K/L shipper! ;)), there is something almost reverential in the way pilots use their full names, right? I love how you describe it.
