1. How mindful (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mindfulness) would you say you are in general? Rather annoying question since I am not a practicing buddhist and don't understand the concept at all. Possibly I read the whole wikipedia article, but it goes into the practice of Mindfulness, not the actual definition. After reading it a bit, I would say I am Mindful 40% of the time. I often get caught up in my thoughts, thinking that they are a reality, and getting upset from them. Othertimes, I take that thought and see it simply as a thought and let it go.
2. At what times are you most mindful? When I am in a good, positive mood. Yesterday I was bouncing about in that mood for a while.
3. At what times are you least mindful? Obviously when I am angry or upset. I also enjoy playing over conversations (made-up ones) in my head, just so I know how I would tell someone off. It's practice, yo.
4. Do you do anything specifically to help increase your mindfulness (e.g. meditate)? If yes, what do you do? WHenever I catch myself getting caught up in angry and frustrated thoughts, I will step back and give myself a little chat about how they are just thoughts, they do not affect reality, and that I should let them go.
5. How judgmental would you say you are of your own thoughts and feelings? Very judgmental.
