My grandmother has WiFi in her apartment, along with a new computer. She also has television, which I think I mentioned in the last entry.
I don't have Wifi at my apartment and am using a 6 year old iBook G4. I have a television, but no cable at home.
Thus, the desire to keep updating my livejournal. Not to watch TV, though. It's amazing how there is nothing to watch on TV in the middle of the day. Reminds me why I hated skipping class in college- nothing to watch.
ANYWAY! I had a blizzard from Dairy Queen along with two helpings of mash potatoes and some hydrocordone (sp?) so naturally I feel even more fine than earlier. Also, I've tried to catch up on my Hulu while I've been here, but little progress has been made. I've watched the first two post-pilot episodes of Caprica which I am still trying to form an opinion on. It seems like they're trying to pack in a lot of storyline into the show, while still maintaining limited story arcs- like they're not sure how many seasons they're going to get out of this, so they're trying to hedge their bets in both directions.
Archer however is probably the most amazing show ever. Mostly because Jessica Walter is basically playing the same hilarious kind of racist character that she did in Arrested Development. And it has Dr. Spaceman as a character. Win!
