Good, better, best & bestest!
Good - I got paid today. I will shortly be writing a check to kill the remainder of my student debt.
Better - I had lunch with darlox. Ok, maybe that is not better than getting paid, but the pattern is all wrong if I put that first. Mmmm... chili at Moosehead.
Best - While at lunch with darlox I won a pair of tickets to see U2 at Gund in December. Clearly, I should leave for lunch more often. My employer purchased 36 pairs of tickets ranging from front row center to nosebleeds and raffled them off to employees who were interested. I snagged a pair of tickets more in the nosebleed range, but absolutely no complaints here. Too bad it is not until December, which means you have plenty of time to suck up to me and convince me that you should get my extra ticket :-)
Bestest - Roger Ebert's review of Sin City is overwhelmingly positive. This weekend is very crowded so it may have to wait until next weekend, but that is ok.
