I had another physical in December. Much like 2019 (which I didn't summarize, apparently), my good cholesterol is way too low. That's been a recurring theme for many years, despite my taking fish oil pills for several years running. Also like 2019, my bad cholesterol was just slightly higher than they are comfortable with. If I was in my twenties or thirties, they wouldn't be concerned, but since I'm now into my forties, they are a lot less comfortable, which explains why I now have a non-supplement daily medication for the first time ever. I'll be taking statins for two months to see if those improve the cholesterol numbers. Isn't aging fun?
