I had my health screening several months ago, with a full physical in December. In short:
- I weighed in at 214 pounds. That's up a little last year when I was at
207, but still down 18 from January 3, 2017.
- My bad cholesterol is still very low. Unfortunately, so is my good cholesterol, despite a regimen of fish oil pills.
- My 12 hour blood fasting sugar is still too high, but my A1C dropped down to 5.6, which is down slightly from
last year.
In general, I'll call this success.
