2014 was not a great year for our Supper Club. 2015 wasn't any better, alas. We only had two events.

darlox and
gieves hosted an event in February 2015 that took
sous-vide to ridiculous levels. Every single dish (or at least as best as I can recall 14 months later) was prepared using sous vide. They built giant bins to poach everything in. It was all delicious, but after the fact
darlox said it was far too complicated, which is saying something given some of the other meals they have pulled off previously.
- In March C&A hosted a breakfast brunch at their house. I made
shakshuka, which went over very well.
And that was it. People had gotten busy; setting aside an entire day to cook can be challenging when you have kids. I myself didn't host one in part because I felt like I was the only person doing them, which I'll grant you isn't immensely mature. Fortunately, 2016 is off to a better start...
