Super Bowled

It's Groundhog Day, and like deja vu I once again find myself at my friend Joe's house for the Super Bowl. Assuming that nothing horrible has happened since I wrote this up, this is the third year in a row that I've attended his Super Bowl festivities in the Philadelphia suburbs.

I decided to see if I could remember what I did during the Super Bowl for the last decade. I did pretty well, actually.

2014 - Joe's house.
2013 - Beyonce. Joe's house.
2012 - Madonna. Joe's house.
2011 - Didn't watch.
2010 - The Who. I definitely watched it, but can't recall where. Maybe you know.
2009 - Bruce! Watched halftime from the hospital; my ex had been admitted that night.
2008 - Tom Petty. Watched at Relativity's house on a giant screen combined with a projector.
2007 - Prince. ron0's house; he's a Bears fan. In retrospect, I should have hit up the Cinematheque to see Tideland instead.
2006 - The Rolling Stones. darlox's house. Steelers fans, what are you going to do, amirite?
2005 - Can't remember.
2004 - My coworker Sam's house. Nipplegate was this year; there was a lot of TIVOing.

Regardless of where you are, enjoy the game. Or don't, if that's not your thing. Enjoy the Puppy Bowl; I certainly do!
