Iceland 2012 Contest Winner

It's time to unveil the winner of my most recent 'guess how much unread work email I had after vacation' contest so this time all the guesses were put on one LJ thread, screened. This solved the known problem of "preventing people from making guesses that "Price is Righted" other guesses (e.g., you guess 200, so I guess 201 and someone else guesses 199 and you probably can't win). However, in classic fashion it unveiled a new problem, which was that it dramatically reduced the number of guesses. Before, when some people guessed on Facebook the numerous comments drove up the popularity of the thread, which meant more people saw it, which meant more guesses. This time, with only LJ, we got only 12 guesses even after linking to it three times. Those guesses were:

And the number was (drum roll) - 181. This means the winner is Christy at +46. Congratulations! I'll be in touch to figure out prize delivery, which may be tricky as she lives out of town. 12 guesses rates a nice burger joint; think Buckeye Beer Engine-ish, or the New Jersey equivalent.
