Mid Year Report
Thus far this year, I've:
Made 80 posts to LJ, including this one. This is an improvement over last year (66 at the turn) and quite probably my best ever, mostly because:
- I had a Supper Club to write about
- I've got my ongoing songbook series most Sundays, which will run for approximately 7-8 more weeks.
- I successfully attempted to post every single day in March. That was a lot of effort and isn't likely to happen again, but it was a fun thing to try.
Saw 28 movies. This is less than last year, mostly because the first quarter of the 2011 Cinematheque schedule was truly amazing.
Read 38 books. This is a big improvement over last year (17), even if a significant percentage are graphic novels. For this number to get better I need to waste less time on the internet.
Been to 21 concerts featuring 35 bands. That's not quite as good as last year, but last year was exceptional, plus this year I've already been out of town for 2+ weeks, which cut some shows off the list I might otherwise have attended.
