Stupid People Make Me Sad
A very small dog followed Hamlet & Tulip and I home on our walk tonight. He's got a collar, but no tags. I'm pretty sure he's still a puppy. Right now he's camped out in Hamlet's crate with a bowl of water, a chew toy and some snacks. He's probably exhausted since he followed us for 12 blocks; once he got in our yard he was easily lured with treats.
Tomorrow I'll have to track down a no-kill shelter. I sure hope he's micro-chipped so he can go back to his people, but I'm not hopeful. In the meantime, please repeat after me. "Only assholes let their dog run around outside without dog tags."
