14 Vermont

We're out of the original 13 colonies and on to Vermont. I haven't been there yet, but the word is that there's lots of locally produced cheeses in Vermont, so I have a reason to go. This is probably an outshoot of Vermont's long history of dairy farming, which also led to such things as Ben & Jerry's

VT is also the home of some pretty good music - Neko Case (celebrity farmgirl!), Grace Potter and the Nocturnals. And if I ever visit Arshad, you can totally crash that party :-)
