5 Connecticut

My mother has photographic proof that I've been in the state of Connecticut, which is a good thing because I have absolutely no memory whatsoever of having been there. Specifically, she has pictures of me as a very small child on a trip to Mystic Seaport, which enables me to count Connecticut in the "Partial Credit" category

Was I even around for Mystic Seaport? I clearly don't remember it either :-)

Having been there relatively recently (2001, a few weeks after 9/11), I have to say you're not missing much. I visited a friend in Hartford while on the way to more interesting places (Ben & Jerry's factory in Vermont), and the only thing I remember worth seeing at all in Conn. was a tour of Samuel Clemens' house. Definitely not worth going out of your way for, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood...
