Eastern Promises - on the definite to-see by oscars list.
No Country For Old Men -- on the maybe to see.
Aguirre, Taxi Driver - on our netflix que.
I LOVED the Prestige, and Pan's Labyrinth.
And I'm kind of dragging my feet on seeing Children of Men.

I think No Country For Old Men was pretty good, theferrett liked it as well. I think you should move it to your 'must see' list.
Have you seen Fitzcarraldo or the others on the list? I really liked Fitz a lot.

I've had Aguirre on my to-see list for a couple of years now; it's in the Netflix que. Fitzcarraldo sounds utterly fascinating, too, so I think I'll add it.
I've seen and liked Paprika (though there was something slightly off about it, a sense of what it could have been). I have not seen Taxi Driver, Shadow of the Moon, Come Early Morning, and haven't even heard of Daisy or Fido.
