The dev department at work got reorganized. Managers became VPs. Team Leaders became Managers and Senior Developers. This meant we needed Team Leaders. Specifically, my team needed a team leader as rishu73 got moved up the chain. I got tapped to fill his seat. Huzzah! More responsibilities, stress and hours. Bring it on ( Read more... )
