Oh my god, Surreal Life is the funniest show EVER. I'm watching the first episode of the new season and its cracking me up so much. Its got Flavor Flav, Charo, Bridgette Nielson, some girl from Americal Idon 1, Jordan Knight, and "Joey" from Full House. (Dave somethingorother)
Its going on 10pm and I feel all relaxed and sleepy, and I keep thinking I should go to bed. But then I remember- I'm going to the Luxor for the weekend to hang out with Karen and go see Styx and Uberschall and mess around on the strip and yay! I keep forgetting, I guess because I still haven't really packed yet or anything. I have my bag out and a few things in it, but I'm in procrastination mode tonight. I"m excited though, I think its hilarious I'm going to a Styx concert. I cant think of a single song they've done. I know I'll recognize some when I hear them though. But I can't remember the last time I went to a major concert like this. I bet its been way over 10 years. But Karen kind of knows Lawrence (Gowan, I think?). He's the keyboardist. Anyway, she always has the best stories about him and the Styx concert, so I'm going along for the fun of it. :) I'm really looking forward to it. And then of course- Sunday is Uberschall! And Karen will be going to that so its going to be a lot of fun.
And Bite of Las Vegas is next month! I went last year for a couple hours and I thought it was really cool. I was thinking at the time that next year, I want to go and stay for the whole thing because it was a really chill atmosphere and good music, etc. Well, yesterday on the radio they said that this morning they would announce the music line up. So this morning I was listening close when they made the annoucement. They said it would be Switchfoot, Frankie Perez, Five for Fighting, Bowling For Soup.. and an appearance by Blue Man Group! Haha! How ironc. :) So now I'm even MORE excited. Yay its going to be fun!
