Was ist eine chinchilla?

Ever since Katie brought her chinchilla, Chilly, to live with us at Hill St. for a week, I have wanted one like a mad woman. I think this craving has become especially overwhelming lately because I actually have money to get one, but our land lady does not allow pets (though my killer fish seem to be okay). Nonetheless, I know I would love it and care for it and give it dust baths and pretzels whenever it wanted them. I would name it "Tank," but that also depends on its personality. I would wash and wax its rolly-ball thing at least twice a week to make sure it was still very pimp looking for teh wimins. I would probably talk to it a lot.
