Well I have been thinking about that steps I can take to start getting on track with a career that actually matches with the degree I'll have soon(AA Criminal Justice). The only hang back is that any CJ career requires a lot of commitment, which I can't really provide yet because Nathan and I are moving to Seattle near the end of this year. So instead I went and talked with some officers and ranking officers at Kennewick(helps when your uncle is the chief) and Pasco departments and scheduled some ride-alongs with the officers. It's a corny thing to do but hey it's very good first-hand experience. So I'll have ride alongs several times a month with the departments and I'll probably continue a ride-along trend in Seattle until we decide where we'll be staying more permanently. Up in Seattle, after a brief break, I plan to continue my education and work towards my BA in Criminal Justice and if I can secure a position within a department somewhere while I'm there, they'll pay upto 90% of my tuition! Weee=)
