7. ponderations.
I've been feeling a bit better now. Vel, I'm sorry that I've kept using up all of the hot water this week. But I just discovered that, um, it's a good place to think, you know? And of course I sing in the shower -- that's not surprising, since I sing pretty much anytime my mind wanders, and so the shower's particularly susceptible to that sort of thing.
I remember my mother used to sing a lot. She put me to sleep that way, so I can't help but pick up where she left off. It's like life isn't exactly complete unless it has some sort of background music to it, so I try to fill that space whenever I can. Does anyone else know what I mean?
Either way, I've been using this entire week to unwind, and it seems to have gone pretty well. I'm sorry I didn't join for that girlynight, Cassia -- it just didn't seem right for this weekend, so I watched some TV with Velvet and went to bed with a book instead.
