interview
So, I had an interview for a secretarial referral agency... I was worried, because I have no courses related to that kind of work, and my hair's purple, and I just wanted part time, and and and!
But it was great, my interview went swimmingly, I have advanced skills in Word and Excel (surprising, as I've only opened Excel twice now) and my wpm is 50. :D Because it's a West End company, and they do mostly local work, they're expecting my funky hair to be an asset- not a problem at all. And they want to pay me anywhere from £8-15 an hour, which translates to $16-30. Plus, they add my paid holiday wages to what I earn, so I can put it aside... or not use it on paid holidays. :)
That's all very exciting- and Sunday I have an interview at the sex toy store. Who knows, maybe I'll do both. :)
