whatever you do, dont take psyc 250 (child development) unless you are REALLY interested in the subject. complete waste of my time. even anju is completely bitter about it. i love it when anju and louisa get pissed off. its friggin hillarious. but i'm hoping to ace the class so meh, on a completely unrelated note.......
i officially live by the laws of karma.
i think i failed my stats midterm (there goes my A) and i'm completely unsure of my response paper (that took me a whole 20 minutes to do) and my HUGE nutrition dietary analysis that took like a week and is only worth 15% of my mark (grrrrr, waste of time)
but upon coming home i realized i had mail. and only one was a bill. i friggin love getting mail. like mail, from the mailbox and everything. i got a birthday card from my bank, from the gym, a gift certificate from my gym, a letter from the president of SFU (thanking me for being an orientation leader, i was pleased), a picture of the orientation leaders from the student planning office, and one visa bill. i was pleased. oh and my mommy and daddy gave me a $25 gift certificate from the mall cuz i asked them about indian holidays last week and it turned out there was some celebration thingy yesterday (that i had no clue about). it wasnt diwali, it was something else. but meh, i get that new top i've been admiring from jacob yay!
ok so my weekend consists of b-day warm up party tonite @ wild coyote (some of my sfu friends are going away to whistler next week hence missing my bday so they're throwing me a party tonite). work party tomorrow night (guess who's taking me? yayyyy! :D, i'll explain later....maybe). and sunday working 9 hours (woot for overtime at least).
things to do: call ambs (sorry i was feeling sick last night and went to bed at like 8:15 or something), meet up with mandy to give her the b-day present, confirm reservations at cactus club/tonic/ramada, call up ppl to remind them about my party, do one more homework assignment (last one WOOT!), oh and people have been harassing me about lip gloss choices....here are my favourite brands: (any color's except browns or bright red/pink)
rimmel, revlon super glide, covergirl everlast, MAC, Sephora, Prescriptives, Lancome
i have class in like an hour and i'm still at home. maybe i should get ready?or maybe i should just procrastinate some more (which is always fun). haha nah i'll get going. ttyl :D
PS: drama totally sucks. why cant we all just be friends? or even if we dont wanna be friends, cant we just be civil to each other? this comment isnt directed at anyone, just a general thought i've been having as of late. december is a hella drama month. NO DRAMA ON MY B-DAY....OR ELSE.
PPS: i hope everyone can make it to my party (unless you've already talked to me about it then its ok). even if u dont have enuf money i dont care. just make me a card and i'll be happy :D
