The Servant Leader
This phrase comes out quite often in management books.
And it came up again yesterday during my work review with the boss.
The subtle differences between a Servant first then a Leader, and vice-versa.
To become a Servant Leader, you can choose first to be a Leader.
And in the process, choose to be of Service to the people around you.
But you will never achieve what the other person who chooses to Serve, before he chooses to Lead.
Subtle differences in terms of the order of preference.
But huge difference to the final version of the Servant Leader.
