there's a sweetness in the worst things
sometimes! sometimes! sometimes!
i guess it feels like things are spinning around very quickly, like time is speeding up and slowing down, maybe even space is expanding and contracting. i looked at a calender this evening, and tracing the days was borderline scary. this year is much closer to its close than i had really visualized. only one full week of work left? holy crap.
then back and forth and well, around. a month! a whole month! there is a time for setting out! there is the van, another road, another coast! goodbye ma! goodbye home!
(and if the last postcard i send is from seattle, and i don't end up coming home, nobody needs to worry. that would be the best way things could turn out.)
