can one of those who have recently added me to their friends list tell me why you did so? in the past month or so, i've had about 10 people add me, all of whom write their livejournals in russian, and none of whom i actually know... um, what gives?

also... why doesn't my lj give me the option to post this as a public entry? and, again... uh, what gives?
