I've lived in this building for 6 months.
In that time, I've met exactly 1 of my neighbors, and that was the day I had to borrow her phone because I'd been locked out of my apartment (sidenote: NEVER RENT FROM MADISON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT).
Then this week, I've had two neighbors come to my door for one thing or another.
One got a piece of my mail, the other wanted to know if I'd signed for a package for her.
Weird.
