A couple of months ago a lady came into the shop in which I work to get a copy of this framed. It's a linocut by Stanley Donwood. Stanley Donwood is most famous for being the man behind the Radiohead album covers, but he also wrote "Slowly Downward" which is a book of short stories (if they can really be called stories: they are short, certainly, but stories? Maybe "incidents" is a better word).

The point of this post is to recommend Stanley Donwood, both for his words and his art.
