Grades

Well, I received my report card Wednesday, and for some reason my grades for French II didn't go through and were not on the paper. I don't think the grade got averaged into my GPA either, which brought it down to a 3.4 *sigh*.

I did pretty well: all A's and B's. So, hopefully, this has earned me a trip to Miyako's for some sushi. ^^

Today, in Rhinehart's class, I had to write a short and spooky fairytale (because it's Friday the 13th). It was... interesting, to say the least. It sort of involved a witch who was going to kill some kids with a butcher knife...for Lucifer... I know, I know. How old school and stereotypical. But, hey, I was tired and pressed for time! I can't help what my brain comes up with when deprived of sleep!

I'm printing out pics to make into a collage that I can stick on my binder. It features all my favorite things: Anderson, Oz, Goren, Vincent D'Onofrio, and L&O: CI/SVU, and I might throw in some stuff from my favorite movies. It's going to be most righteously rad. No one in my school that I've met seems to like my fandoms. To kids my age now, it's Lost, Desperate Housewives, various reality programs, or *le sigh* CSI. Everyone likes those trendy shows. Except Amanda, she's a fellow Goren-lover. Plus she's more obsessed with Vincent D'Onofrio than I am. And I can be OBSESSIVE.

Yeah, Amanda has joined my list of rad people.

Dad and Meng are going to Orlando tomorrow, for a day of shopping fun and then to have dinner! ...While I, on the other hand, get to sit home...and rot, eating a frozen Chinese microwave dinner (I swear, if I have to eat another Chinese meal...I'll- I can't be held accountable for my actions) or some lean-cut frozen hamburger patties. Yeah, I'm just the tiniest bit bitter. What annoys me is that mom has work tomorrow, so it's not like I could just call her up and go do something with her while they're gone. No, I get to stay home... by myself... with a computer that doesn't have any of my good files... or my copy of the Sims 2 on it. He doesn't even have any good snack food, it's all Chinese noodle soup crap that I've had a bazillion times. The guy is obsessed.

He was originally going to take me to the store to get food that I find edible, but apparently he decided that hamburgers (I hate hamburgers) and frozen Chinese food (argh) is suitable compensation for leaving his daughter home alone while he goes out and has fun in Orlando (where he knows I love to go shopping b/c it has the Millennium Mall).

Why did he even feel it necessary to pick me up tonight? You know, if he's just going to be gone all Saturday... I'd rather be at mom's where all my stuff is. Maybe I'll just call Aaron and see if he's working or not. Have him bring the X-Box over. ^^ Or maybe pick me up and take me back to mom's... LMAO!
