Well, if someone's stupid enough to get in your way and they're not tough enough to match up to you, the damn consequences are on them.

Depends on if you got a damn good reason to kill them. If they're sitting on their asses and they're not an enemy, then whatever. I'd leave 'em alone unless there was nothing else to devour.
