After some thinking I've made a decision. Starting August 3rd I will be making rounds to each of the active assault teams. This means we will start having evaluations so I can see what progress is being made by each of you. Koubu pilots will have an evaluation together, and other members will have theirs at a separate time. Intelligence officials are not being evaluated. Mechanics will discuss with me about the state of their koubu and any advancements they believe can be made. Spies will go through a separate training mission.
Since I've received such a warm welcome from members of the New York Fighting Troupe, I will be visiting you first. I hope each and everyone one of you is ready.
