This year I made 6 difference kinds of Christmas cookies. That's up from 4 types last year. The peanut butter blossoms are my fave. The raspberry pointsettias are new this year and I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. I am most proud of the sponge cookies (aka anginettes) because that was Bob's grandmother's recipe and they are his favorite cookie and he said they came out perfectly, exactly how he remembered them!
