A Christian child was taking a long bus ride on his own to go and see his grandparents.
Halfway through the trip a man boarded the bus and took a seat next to the child.
The man noticed that the child was reading The Bible, and sort of chuckled to himself.
"Kid, you don't actually believe all that stuff do you?" Asked the man..
"Of course I do, sir. It's THE BIBLE!" Replied the child.
"Well what about the man who got eaten by a big fish? Do you believe that?" Asked the man.
"Oh, you mean Jonah! Yes of course I believe it sir, it's THE BIBLE!" Replied the child.
"How did he manage to survive being eaten by a big fish then?" Asked the man.
"Well, I'm not sure sir, but when I get to Heaven I'll be sure to ask him!" Replied the child.
"And what if he isn't in Heaven?" Asked the man.
The child thought for a second and said...
"Well, then YOU can ask him!"
