I am really struggling with the concept drawings for my zodiac series, I am planning on starting with aries and move through the zodiac by the numbers i have some rough ideas of what I'd like to do for the signs but I am struggling with style and character. Finding source material is so very hard, the net isn't throwing up a lot so I'm going to resort to old fashion magazines and possibly some film stills that might come in handy. In the meantime I have a ton of wooden products I picked up from my last travels to Felixstowe I spent a whole day priming and gessoing pieces, some still need more coats but I've already painted a "the Loo" sign which was shaped like a little cloud, but now it has a Drag Queens eye painted on it and will hopefully sell?
In the meantime I need to get some sketching done and reading and clothes making and for some reason I seem to have less and less time each day, how does that work?
I finished watching Channel Zero Season 1 at last, it was really shit, I'm going to have to think carefully before I attempt a review, it just felt like a Creepy Pasta re written by Stephen King, and there's no need for it to be so drawn out.. I did get the impression that it was going to be individual stories so to find out it was a miniseries was the initial let down and I don't believe it picked up from there so I'm biased but I feel obliged to watch the rest of the series now.. overall the show is watchable but just so meandering.
