Waiting on a job for four years, two weeks, and one day.

Apparently there have been some people waiting on a job for four years, two weeks, and one day. That would be a long time. Waiting that long just to hear if you got the job or not. What would you do for that amount of time? It would be a little comforting to know that others are also waiting to hear about the job with you. At least they could say no and let you get on and they could go about finding other to fill the position. Minorities aren't represented but if the minority rules then it no longer is a democracy and is now a dictatorship. Asking people to say one way or another, what they want to do is not bad. If the vote was made and all of the candidates was denied that would be fine. And finally they would have something else to work on: social security, national policy, and war efforts.
