Never again.

From one prison to the next. I may not be bed-ridden or behind bars but the arrangement is nothing short of frustrating.

Regardless, I am going for a walk before my final fate is decided. Come along Councilor, I know you are there.

Do as you wish, I do not care. I can not leave my own home at the moment.

However I can not guarantee that I will remain here much longer. As I understand I will be institutionalized in a matter of days.

I do not know Tohru's opinion of you and she appears to be in a mood as is.

The commissioner, one Shuuhei Hisagi, is also a man you helped to hospitalize and nearly kill with one of your poor decisions. I also do not know how he feels about seeing you.
